Zahak

Description

Zahhak is sitting on Kiani's throne, which is protected by two mythical creatures, the man-eater and the dragon, and is holding Kiani's ring upside down. A ring with three lotus flowers around it as a symbol of three Iranian saviors who are born from three maidens from the hearts of lotus flowers. In Iranian mythology, a dragon devours the moon until the moon god kills the dragon and frees the moon. (a popular tradition, the moon was taken and eaten) after killing the dragon, a celebration is held to commemorate Fereydoun's victory over Zahhak and the freedom of Jamshid's girls.
