Saghar Habibollahian was born in 1983 in Esfahan, Iran. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphics and Illustration and a master’s degree in Art Research.
In 2001, Saghar established her own gallery and began teaching creativity and illustration at various visual arts schools, conservatories, and universities. She is skilled in a variety of painting techniques, including oil painting, pastel, colored pencil, watercolor, and black and white drawing, all of which she practices professionally.
Although Saghar has appeared in several TV interviews and has held numerous solo exhibitions, restrictions in Iran prevent her from publicly displaying artworks that feature the female body.
In addition to her visual arts career, Saghar is an accomplished writer and poet. She has contributed to children’s storybooks and is currently preparing her poetry collection for publication. She also engages in photography on a smaller scale.
