Graduated in Theater Directing from Soore University, Tehran.
I have been painting consistently for the past four years. The exercises I practiced during my theater studies had the greatest impact on my perspective toward the phenomena around me and, consequently, on the subjects of my paintings.

Over these years, most of my activities have been in the fields of theater, dramaturgy, and directing performances. During this time, I have completed two painting collections titled "Composing" and "Presence – Untitled" and am now starting a new series titled "Campers."

In fact, my work in dramaturgy is not unrelated to my approach to painting. Both, in a way, aim to disrupt the existing order. This disruption, for me, has always been a source of inspiration, a kind of colorful revolution. Sometimes, I apply several layers of paint to a painting to show the texture or the intertwining of colors in this way.

For me, seeing events, phenomena, and actions is not what it seems on the surface. I often perceive a second image within them, but this second image exists only in the mind and does not currently exist in reality. What I do is an attempt to materialize this second mental image through painting. In a sense, I construct the primary atmosphere with that mental image.

I apply the same approach to materials and tools in theater as well. In both painting and theater, this fusion of two elements allows my personal experience to enter the space.
