Mojgan Rashvand, born in 1978 in Shemiran, is an artist with a professional Bachelor's degree in painting. She is a member of the Institute for the Development of Visual Arts and the Alborz Painters Association. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she has been instructing painting and creativity in Jihad University and various schools. Mojgan has participated in numerous exhibitions and is certified as a youth art instructor.
