Shabnam Shariat was born in May 1975 in Tehran and currently resides in Iraj Village, Khor and Biabanak region, Isfahan Province. She completed her studies in General Painting at Azad University, enrolling in 1995. Additionally, she has trained in calco-graphy under the guidance of Professor Ahmad Vakili and currently teaches printmaking and design.

Her artistic activities include group exhibitions, such as the "Design Group Exhibition" at the Barge Gallery in 1998 and 1999, and the "Drang Bahar" exhibition at the Masoudiyeh Mansion in 2016. Since 1996, she has been producing original postcards and founded the Tubi Gallery in 2013, where she has organized several performances, including the "30 Nights, 30 Performances, 30 Artists" event. Shabnam has also curated multiple exhibitions for artists and students at Tubi Gallery and held a group exhibition titled "Roots" in 2024 at the same gallery
