Shahrooz Behnia, born in 1976, is a graduate with an associate degree in Library Science. She studied under the mentorship of the renowned instructor at Negarhaneh Estade Moghabeli and has participated in several group exhibitions. Some of her notable exhibitions include:

• A group exhibition at the Bahman Cultural Center in Tehran in 2003
• A group exhibition at the House of Culture in Tabriz in 2004
• A group exhibition at the International Exhibition in Tabriz in 2004
• Participation in the 2nd Art Festival at the Free Art Education Institute in 2007 as a student of Negarhaneh Estade Moghabeli, where one of her works was selected as the distinguished piece.

In 2018, Shahrooz Behnia held a solo exhibition at the House of Culture in Tabriz, where three of her works were sold
