Soraya Mojtahed Sisistani was born in 1995 in Mashhad. She graduated from Rafti High School of Painting and holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Painting from Ferdows University, obtained in 2016 and 2022, respectively. She is currently working as an independent artist.
